In Part 2 of our short series through Colossians 1:15-23, we look at the fact that the Church is all about Jesus! What is the church? It’s both local (some of God’s people in a particular location at a particular time) and universal (all of God’s people in all places throughout all time). We also consider a handful of things the church is not. When we say “It’s All About Jesus!”, are we neglecting the other persons of the Trinity? The Father and the Spirit? Jesus is the head of the Church, the Senior Pastor of the Church, and in the end the Church exists to worship Jesus, love Jesus, and help others know Jesus. The Church is all about Jesus!
